Console
Workbench overview: schedule/weather/activity blocks and entry counts. Cards are draggable and persisted; double-click opens a module. Works with Spaces, saved user habits, and three openness modalities (Free / Studio / Challenge).

Spaces
A Space is a Mac work preset: sidebar modules, schedule options, and more are configured per preset; switch among unlocked presets. The menu bar 「Space」settings switches presets, shows openness modality, and opens Space settings. Saving syncs to the cloud space profile when signed in (free accounts may have the standard preset only).
- Entry: menu bar Space settings, or Settings → Space configuration.
- After switching, sidebar modules and FLOW visibility follow that preset.
- Saving in Space settings syncs local settings with the cloud profile (login required).
Saved user habits
When signed in, cross-device habits are saved to your account and sync across Macs (and some other clients)—separate from machine-local path bookmarks.
- Synced: naming/time format, professor preview/browse prefs, hotkeys, FLOW channel semantics, workspace aliases, recent cities, short-term memory, and more.
- Local-only: absolute paths and security bookmarks stay on device; re-authorize Finder paths on a new Mac.
- Console card layouts also persist per account; stay online after important preference changes so they can upload.
Work openness modalities
Each space picks one openness modality for default visibility of private/secondary works in FLOW / Snapshot Disk. Change it under Space → Work openness; non-Free modalities lock the related toggles.
