Hello—welcome to PHOTOV. This handbook is for people who shoot, cull, or collaborate on a shoot. Find your role, match the job you are doing, then follow the links.
Who you are
- Photographer
Primary account. Plan schedules, manage local libraries and repertoire, cull in PROFESSOR, build shared albums, invite clients and models. Mac for heavy work; phone and miniprogram for collab and on-site.
- Mobile creator
On PHOTOV.APP: schedule, invite and co-select, repertoire, scouting, tickets. Anytime collab and on-site reference; full production stays on Mac.
- Client
Join by invite. Select images in shared albums, check linked schedules, fill profile forms. You do not need the full Mac production stack.
- Model
Invite-based selection and returns; profile forms when asked. Photographers keep the People roster.
- Photo team
Collaborate with the lead: open granted schedules and albums, light marking. Heavy writes to the same source volume stay on the primary Mac.
